General

• All tracking funds are in US Dollars.
• Only 1 (ONE) account is permitted per individual / company unless prior arrangement has been made.

Advertising

• You may create your own banners. Banners must be legal and hosted from your server.
• All text links must be LEGAL. (ie no child porn, bestiality, rape, etc)
• You may NOT advertise false or misleading information about our sites.
• Spamming of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Traffic loss due to incorrect url syntaxor browser/tracking incompatibility is the responsibility of the client.
• We do not accept traffic from password protected areas. Any earnings achieved from password protected areas will not be paid for.
• Traffic may NOT be sent directly to our signup pages. It must be sent through the url linking code provided with your account. Any earnings achieved from traffic sent directly to a signup page will not be paid for.
• We do not accept any responsibility for traffic loss due to server complications.
• Advertisers are NOT permitted to subscribe to the sites promoted at XXX MONEY or have their friends, relatives or associates subscribe to increase sales / ratios of their or other advertisers accounts of XXX MONEY.
• Only one signup per person per site per three month period will be paid for. (ie multiple signups by the same person to the same site within a three month period will be counted as one signup ).
• Each signup may only be credited to a single advertising program. Advertisers attempting to credit signups to more than 1 (one) program will have their account terminated and forfiet ALL moneys earned (past and future) from ALL programs. If we decide the occurance to be one of confussion the signups in question will be paid at the lower paying program rate.
• Advertisers are NOT permitted to advertise the sites promoted at XXX MONEY as part of a package or offer rewards of any kind for subscribing.
• Advertisers are NOT permitted to provide users with unsubscription instructions.

Payment

• ALL payouts are calculated weekly starting 3 weeks prior.
• Accounts earning less than $100 are rolled over to the following pay period.
• Payment options -
  • Cheque - FREE
  • Bank Draft - $10 ( Cheque sent in your currency. Faster clearing times. )
  • Moneybookers - FREE
  • Bank Wire - $35 ( $1000 minimum )
• Invalid signups will NOT be paid for :- Invalid signups include cards / cheque accounts that are unable to be billed, fraudulent, refunded, chargebacked or falisfied signups. ( Should chargebacks exceed 2.5%, a $15 fee will be deducted from the advertiser account for each chargeback. )
• Advertisers with excessive invalid signups ( 5% or more ) will have all earnings withheld for a minimum period of 6 (six) months. Following the 6 month period any earings outstanding will be added to the advertisers account.
• Invalid signups roll over from month to month until they have been recovered.
• Invalid signups from a current payment period may be deducted from the previous payment period if they are greater in number than the valid signups for the current payment period.
• A 5% reserve is withheld for 3 months on all accounts to cover any outstanding refunds / chargebacks.
• Additional fees apply to check cancellations, stop payments or any other fund manipulation or transfer not prementioned.

Legal

• Any accounts found to be involved with illegal activities shall have their account terminated and forfeit all moneys owing. In such cases we reserve the right disclose partial or full details to the appropriate authorities if requested.
• Advertisers found falsifying signups or hits via any means WILL NOT BE PAID and may have their account terminated and forfeit ALL money owing.
• Accounts identified as deceptive and/or suspiscious will have any monies withheld until the advertiser has provided what we consider to be sufficient evidence to justify the suspicious activity. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in forfiet of all monies owing.
• We reserve the right to terminate an advertiser's account without notice if in breach of any of these terms. If in breach of any of the above rules the advertiser forfeits ALL money owing.
• Any advertiser found defamating the character of XXX Money shall have their account terminated and forfeit ALL money owing.
• The term of this agreement shall be indefinite. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without cause. In the case of termination, advertisers will be notified via the email address nominated on their account at the date of termination.
• The advertiser is also responsible to take all reasonable steps necessary to comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws, we take no responsibility for violation of the laws of your area or any illegal activities on your behalf.
• Upon termination of this agreement you shall immediately cease promoting any and all sites at XXX MONEY and remove all sponsor banners from your sites.
• Any warranties, indemnities and obligations, which by their nature are designed to survive termination, shall extend beyond the termination of this Agreement.
• Upon legal termination of this agreement you shall be entitled to all unpaid commissions earned prior to the date and hour of termination. Unpaid commissions shall be released according to the terms of each respective program. The advertiser shall not be entitled to receive commissions for referrals delivered after the date of termination. Nor shall the advertiser receive any payment if their account was terminated for breach of any of the terms of XXX MONEY.
• By submitting the sign-up form you agree that you have read and fully understand the terms of becoming an XXX MONEY advertiser.
• This agreement is subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check back here periodically for updates. Ammendments to these terms are enforceable to past and present accounts.
• All other rights not prementioned are reserved.
